I came to Y Salon in need of a new color and hairstyle, and from the very beginning the experience was seamless. My consultation went smoothly, and I was so ready that they even offered to do it the same day. We scheduled for the next day, and I’m so glad we did. I went for a keratin treatment with a haircut today. The hairdresser speaks Vietnamese I think and doesn’t understand English at all. He did not understand that I want curtain bangs and he practically chopped off my waist length hair to shoulder length and I kept telling him while he was also chopping that this is too short but he said don’t worry this is long enough.
