I had an extraordinarily poor experience with Dr Lee & admin staff. He showed zero concern for my stomach health history and I had to verbally push him for a ct scan, and he ordered the least informative one (without dye). First they referred me to a place my insurance doesn't cover. Several calls later... The office sent my referral with a typo in my last name, making it impossible to schedule the CT with wellstar, and I had to call and text at least 6 times for them to figure out their error. They charged more money than negotiated price with insurance. Don’t wanna give back and said its office visit fee even insurance tried that they are under network and had agreed to receive a negotiated fee. They don’t take credit cards and asked 6% fee if paid by card
