Terrible. Aggressive sales pitch, talked me into purchasing facial tool they said was on sale. Made a call to my Care Credit card FOR me! Got the number and charged it so fast I was in a vortex of sales between a lovely young girl telling me this will change my skin forever and I was lucky because the guy who was behind the counter just happened to be there and he would take care of me. Amazing!! Great place and best products.
We were just walking by when a staff member aggressively tried to sell spa services to my mom. Even after we said we weren’t interested, they started criticizing her skin out of nowhere. Saying all the things they could “fix”. Extremely rude and unprofessional. Would never consider going here.
I felt the sales approach to more like a care salesman approach. They will compliment and say anything to warm you over.
