Very nice, courteous and friendly owners. Lots of nice equipment, sufficient weights, dumbbells, kettlebells and bands. Very knowledgeable owners.
I was a client here a couple years back and I have to say that the owner, Jess, knows exactly what he is doing. He is nice, thoughtful, specific, and likes to have fun. Just what I look for in a personal trainer. We set reasonable goals, and I was able to reach those goals quicker than I expected. His gym is always clean with fantastic equipment. I'd like to replicate it in my home if I could! I definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Jess is very knowledgeable and really cares about his clients!
So happy I went here and trained with Jess, he kicked my ass! Totally different way of training than I'm used to and I felt it the next day. I can see myself growing here and definitely getting stronger and leaner. Can't wait to go through this program.
