I understand that you manage La Estancia Apartments? If that's true, I'm sure you know that the complex is currently being painted. I'm wondering, as a resident, if you're planning to leave the buildings this incredibly dark brown that the painters started painting today. Since dark colors absorb sunlight rather than reflect, my first thought is about how much of an increase we're going to see in our utility bills in the summer.
