While I wanted to love it here. I just want to say how much I didn’t enjoy my pedicure experience. The plastic liners need to go. Clean each of the jets after service and you won’t need them. Having to be soaking in the same water is disgusting. The massage chair hurts. The pedicure service was sloppy & the lady dug into my nails on my feet and hurt me. Each and every toe hurt. So, I want to start by saying, it is SOOOOO hard to find a decent place to get your nails done. I decided to try out this place because its fairly close to me, however I should just avoid the Bronx altogether. Anyway, the first time I went there my nails came out okay. I came in for a hard gel manicure. The person who did my nails did exactly what I asked her. It was also very quick and efficient.
