Racial Slurs at The Y Bar in Kalamazoo, Michigan – A group of young men visited this club on Thursday May 19, 2011. The staff was rude and violent. The security staff was discourteous and directed racial slurs at the young men. One of the security staff attacked one of the young men (college students) and injured him. A police report was filed and charges were pressed against the Y Bar and the security staff. Recommendation is to NOT visit this club and NOT support this type of behavior.
HORRIBLE SERVICE! – I had never been to YBar until last night. I was treated like a hassle to the staff and I saw no reason for that. The bar is petit and crowded. Save your $5 Cover and go somewhere else.
