They took 3 truck payments out of my account on a truck I had bought two weeks ago. I had it set up to come out of my bank account every 15th of the month, yesterday they took out 3 payments and can't put two payments back in my account electronically. So I have to take time off from work,drive a 42 mile round trip to get my two payments back so I can pay my other bills. I would give them minus 3 stars but there's no settings for that.
Easy to get in and out of and friendly tellers
People are very professional. But friendly. Banking here is a treat
