This company is not very well customer oriented. I had ordered Davinci 1.0 and it lasted for 6 months after a total of 50 print hours. First the calibration method wasnt working right and they refused to honor the 30 day warranty, then the extruder broke, and the last thing to go was the wiring to the extruder it was burned by the heat.
