It was my first time renting units at the XYZ storage and I was very pleased with the great service. Paul was absolutely amazing. he was very patient, helpful and also knowledgable regarding size and pricing.

Jessica and Paul are absolutely amazing! Jessica went above and beyond to help me choose the right unit for my needs and patiently guided me through the entire setup process. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate the excellent service. Highly recommend!
We have had a couple of storage units in this location and the service has always been outstanding. We recently dealt with Karl and he went above and beyond to make our locker switch effortless and so much less stressful than we thought it would be. He found us a larger unit close to our current locker, took care of the paperwork quickly and explained everything thoroughly. Amazing customer service is sometimes hard to find but this location delivers!!!
Great service! The visa processing was very smooth and completely stress-free. Carmen handled my visa application, and she was very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the process. The security staff was also very kind and welcoming. Overall, it was a very positive experience.
