Darrin of XYZ roofs is very polite in the beginning when he is trying yo clode the deal. However he quickly becomes unprofessional and rude when you start to ask questions. The crew he hired did a good job , but he had a crew to do other projects also. We (the homeowners), would take time off from work but they (the workers) were never on time ...may or may not show up. I do have a good roof. However there was some aggravation to get it completed. I put my son in charge of this project since they won't let me climb the ladder and I don't have good luck with roofs. The insurance part was easy. They did have to return to fix things to get the job right. Darin got aggravated with us for the return trips. Moral here-- supervise your crew. Job is finally complete. The roof was installed last July. I had a leak in February and they still have not come to fix it. They keep promising to come and then they don’t show up. Steer clear of this company.
Darin is the consummate professional in the local roofing market. Trust me, I have dealt with some shady roofers in the past and this guy, from roof repair, to painting, to carpentry has surrounded himself with an all star cast of sub-contractors. Difficult to do in these days with supply side issues. 100% transparent, great pricing, on time, dependable. Go with this guy...you will not regret it.
Working with XYZ was a breeze. They had my roof up in a day and made sure to clean the surrounding area too! Igor was a pleasure to work with, he was very patient and knowledgeable. He helped me get all my papers in order and made sure my roof was done! I highly recommend this company for all your roofing needs.
