Darrin of XYZ roofs is very polite in the beginning when he is trying yo clode the deal. However he quickly becomes unprofessional and rude when you start to ask questions. The crew he hired did a good job , but he had a crew to do other projects also. We (the homeowners), would take time off from work but they (the workers) were never on time ...may or may not show up. When we complained, Darrin became upset with us many times , making unfulfilled promises. We are still waiting on the Atlas shingle certification from 2022. ... read more
I do have a good roof. However there was some aggravation to get it completed. I put my son in charge of this project since they won't let me climb the ladder and I don't have good luck with roofs. The insurance part was easy. They did have to return to fix things to get the job right. Darin got aggravated with us for the return trips. Moral here-- supervise your crew. Job is finally complete. I dont have final paperwork. Was told should have signed completion forms earlier but I wouldn't sign until the job was complete. Cla... read more

A tree fell on our roof during a storm in Raleigh, NC and we were referred to XYZ Roofs from a friend. When we contacted XYZ , they came to our home and repaired our roof the following day. Their price was lower than expected and they gave us a warranty on the work. I will use their window, siding, roof and gutter repair services whenever possible.
The roof was installed last July. I had a leak in February and they still have not come to fix it. They keep promising to come and then they don’t show up. Steer clear of this company.
