Great margaritas and authentic meat dishes! My only wish is for the tortillas to be homemade.

I really wanted to like this restaurant; the staff were charming and the setting was warm and casual. Unfortunately for the price the Yucatan/Mexican cuisine was not quite what I would expect. Dinner begins with two tasty salsas served with white bread; we weren't sure why this was the combo instead of traditional chips. Good Eats Way North of the Border. Since I've never traveled to Mexico, I can't vouch for authenticity. But I feel qualified to address good eats. And XYZ has them. XYZ started out on the Manset waterfront, operating successfully there for about a decade before moving to its hideway location a few years ago. A delightful room, with many of the same Mexican movie and wrestling posters on the wall and old favorites on the menu. And they still make killer margaritas from freshly squeezed lime juice.
