We had a vey bad experience early this morning with your employee named Jun.He told us that he will pick up our boxes at 4 am so we woke up also early .when he found out that our boxes are in the second floor ,he refused to get it even though he will be helped by us to carry the boxes downstairs.He is so arrogant and lazy .I hope xyz management will not tolerate this kind of person working in your company. We had a very disappointing experience. The person assigned to pick up our boxes, Jun, canceled the pickup despite already being on-site, simply because the boxes were on the second floor. This behavior was unacceptable. He was both arrogant and lazy, showing no willingness to assist. This level of service is completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

I just send 2 boxes last June but I cannot truck it your apps is sucks! Not working.

Excellent service and all staff are accommodating and friendly. IAN ( from Iloilo ) and Anthony is the best staff we knew! Even using this cargo for almost 8 years already . Boxes arrived at Panay Island intact and secured . This company can be trusted !!!
