What happened to boxes i sent last May, until now di pa na receive sa Manila I reported this to Bureau of Customs . Grabe kayo!!!

I am very disappointed at this time my 2 boxes was picked up last June 13 and I was informed that it make take at least 2 to 3 months so I told them it’s ok as long the boxes will arrived before Sept 16 kasi babalik na ako sa US pero until now Wla pa din almost 4 months na from the update nasa batch 3 ako now nasa batch 5 ako so at this time Wla pa akong alam kung kailan makukuha concern ko lang yung mga expiration ng mga food sana naman mapabilis pa sana may gawin kayo in case may mga expire na sa mga items na nasa loob ng ... read more

We had a vey bad experience early this morning with your employee named Jun.He told us that he will pick up our boxes at 4 am so we woke up also early .when he found out that our boxes are in the second floor ,he refused to get it even though he will be helped by us to carry the boxes downstairs.He is so arrogant and lazy .I hope xyz management will not tolerate this kind of person working in your company.
