Suppose to be closed at 7pm and I arrived at 6pm and it was already closed. Drove 2 hours and no one can help me buy a box inside. Ridiculous. Originally 1 star then updated after their services. Staff is wonderful and took care of everything in a timely fashion. They need to update their hours on google to avoid any confusion for future customers

XYZ is really reliable. They always deliver my balikbayan not only earlier than the expected date,but also well taken care of. Plus they have nice and friendly workers. When they pickup your box,they will give you free empty box for next time. I highly recommend XYZ.
