Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. They use an answering service and upon scheduling the appointment everything was fine. We scheduled for a week out. Day of appointment I call to confirm. All I get was, “yes, they will be there.” I say, “that’s great but what time?” “Between 10 and 12 and they’ll call when they’re on their way.” 10 goes by, 11, 11:30. I HAD A WINDOW THAT CAME OFF THE GLIDERS AND NEEDED REPAIR.. 2 INDOOR AND 2 OUTDOOR LIGHT FIXTURES OLD ONES REMOVED AND NEW ONES UP.. SO I CALLED XYT HANDYMAN DOWNTOWN DALLAS AND HE WAS VERY QUICK TO ANSWER ALL OUR NEEDS.. HE CAME THE NEXT MORNING AND WAS ABLE TO FINISH THE JOB WITHIN 2 HOURS.. FAST EFFICIENT AND LEFT THE AREAS CLEAN.. VERY HAPPY WIFE.. THANK YOU.
