Called looking for a quote for some crown and base replacement, I sent him some pictures and he said he'd get me a quote that week. Texted on Saturday and the following Monday asking what's up, got no response. Not very professional to ignore a potential customer. Fail.
I was saved by a carpenter today! I was clueless at a big home improvement store where the employees were trying to help but obviously clueless. Cody overheard our conversation. He politely waited until they left and then saved the day and project by helping me find the perfect fit for my diy wood project. Thanks Cody! Hire him and buy his one of a kind woodworking!!!

In early October, after a fairly extensive search for a custom double fireplace mantle build for my mother’s home, I luckily landed on Xylem Woodworks website! I immediately called and left a message for Cody. Within hours he returned my call and I explained the project I had in mind for my mom’s home which again, required 2 mantles for the dual sided fireplace.
