The name of this store is called Bk Unique Hair. They changed it shortly after this review was posted. The worst customer service experience ever. Do not come here!!! The owner is not an honest person. Anything to get your money. I spent $800 on a wig that looks like its falling in shambles. She refused to even make me another one, or allow me to exchange.
