Did anyone else notice they got rid of all their wax specialists/ estheticians except the owner ? Love XWax and always had stellar service here. But I was really sad when my regular wax specialist left and even the other girls that worked here were I believe all let go. I’m really sad because I really loved how close this place is and convenient for me. Love love LOVEEE Kristin! She always makes my brows look beautiful, she really knows what she's doing and she's honestly the therapist that I never knew I needed :) We always have the best chats and she's just so down to earth with such a big heart, definitely my kind of people! I’ve received a variety of services at XWax over the years and they are the best, from eyebrows to lashes to skincare, they do it very well and the customer service is outstanding.

I've been going to XWAX for about 5 years now and predominantly with Kristin. I have thick, bushy, square eyebrows and she's literally used my appointment as teaching brows. They tend to have some turnover, but the bar is pretty high. I have not been disappointed by anyone I've gotten waxed by for my brows or my downtowns. I cheated on XWAX once with a run-of-the-mill nail salon and she took half my eyebrow off. It took a while for Kristin to grow them back, but she knows what she's doing.
