Dr Joshua Li is " THE BOMB"...HE GAVE ME BACK MY LIFE! My sciatica pain started in 2014 ...it came and went then never let up. In 2023-24...I went to pain management on Pantops...got numerous injections & shots...none helped. Then Jan 2024 to see a neurosurgeon at Sentara & Feb had a Right-sided L4-L5 Hemlaminotomy&Microdiscectomy...followed bt 10 weeks of physical therapy.
