Very rushed and unprofessional service from staff. I came on Wednesday 2/25 with my uncle to the 837 58th street office because it was closer to where we live, and there was 3 receptionist there, 2 female and one short man with glasses. Even though there was only about 7 people waiting in the lobby, they were really rushed in helping us and told us to sit down and wait for our turn, even though we made an appointment. The female receptionist Anna acts very impatient towards patients, especially my older father who has difficulty with insurance information, and she does not care to help at all, telling him to look at the wall for information and not bother her. Very unprofessional for a doctor's office in particular for mental health and ignores phone calls in front of other patients.
