I had my annual appointment this week, and Dr Xu was pleasant and engaging, as always. He explained the procedures and made sure I was comfortable.
Dr. Xu has always been attentive, caring, and very knowledeable about my issues. When I needed to get in fast (returning patient who he helped 3 years ago), the office got me in to see him. I am currently seeing him again today. His bedside manners are fine with me, but I do comminicate my questions to him...I guess if you do not ask, how do they know what your questions are? I am very happy with Dr. Xu and this office. He is direct and gives me specific answers. I thank him, dearly, for his accurate diagnosis.
He's alright as a Dr. But if time matters to you you won't get anything done quick. Even if you need something simple it just seems you are not that important here. I won't be back. Time off from work and tons of wasted time waiting for routine simple things that they barely talk to you about.
I’ve seen Dr Xu several times for skin cancer on my face along with other dermatology issues. He works fast, instills confidence and his outcomes have been accurate. He has taken good care of my condition.
Had my first appointment today and Dr. Xu is very knowledgeable and kind!
