Dr Xu is an excellent Urologist who has helped me much more than the previous two doctors. She is compassionate, highly knowledgeable, and skilled in procedures ,in that there is minimal to no pain associated with them. I highly recommend her!
Dr Xu has been my urologist for over 15 years. I feel confident with her taking care of all issues I have with in urology. She also is a good listener, and serves as a great confident when discussing current health problems.

I love this office
I am so happy I’m under Dr. Xu’s care! Unlike my previous doctors who had done painful procedures on me, she’s very skillful and not causing pain or discomfort for the same procedure. She is very professional, compassionate and actually listens to me (as opposed to other doctors) and provides treatment plans that are working very well. Very friendly staff/doctor!
Staff lately is really rude. Argumentative and treat patients as if they're a burden. Last year the staff was much better but the girls working there now as of 6/17 make an experience that is already uncomfortable to be intolerable. If at all possible find some place else to go. Dr. Xu is decent herself but it reflects on her who she hires as well as how she chooses to have her office run if a courteous and respectfull manner to patients. At this moment i'd say avoid her office if can.
Office staff a mess, not organized, don't return email, get visit info wrong, simple paperwork fail, put on hold every time called.
