Great staff and great work as well
If I could give 10 stars I WOULD!! Brad is literally the BEST! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to get me out of my jam. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish and beyond. Whether you need stereos, installations, BAIID devices, calibrations, or anything in between, they really are a jack-of-all-trades shop. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional work!
Was initially happy with some work that has been done but this is how my dash turned out when the head unit was replaced. Was told to bring it back on a hot day and they will try to bend it back in place. If I had known it didn't line up right when the installed occured, I would have not opted for that unit. Very disappointed in the outcome and I refuse to keep throwing money into a unit I am not happy with. Will be finding another place to fix this properly.
I gotta say, if I could give more stars I absolutely would. The guys over here absolutely nailed it with my custom 2 15 box. Had another shop do shit work and these guys took care of me and got me right! Amazing prices, amazing work, amazing people and environment! Would 100% finish my build with them and that’s the goal. Don’t waste time going to shit shops like bassxaudio. Get a one stop shop like xtreme sounds and get shit done right! Super friendly staff! Don’t waste your money elsewhere! This shop is THE shit. No joke
