Had them put in my radio and it sounds so much batter then what was in there and he had to go above and beyond and completely remove the old wires to rewire it to put in the radio I bought my bad. Did a dam good job
Horrible personal experience. The guy Brad NEVER told me that booking deposit was non-refundable up front, like a consumate professional. Anyways, life happened and abruptly starting having other miscellaneous truck issues occurring, so then having the audio in my vehicle repaired was no longer a priority. So I call up to the shop REPEATEDLY: to inform them that I no longer need their services and to ask if I could get my full refund. No one ever answered OR called me back, so I left two voicemails. Great staff and great work as well
If I could give 10 stars I WOULD!! Brad is literally the BEST! He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and truly went above and beyond to get me out of my jam. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish and beyond. Whether you need stereos, installations, BAIID devices, calibrations, or anything in between, they really are a jack-of-all-trades shop. I highly recommend their services to anyone looking for honest, reliable, and professional work!
Was initially happy with some work that has been done but this is how my dash turned out when the head unit was replaced. Was told to bring it back on a hot day and they will try to bend it back in place. If I had known it didn't line up right when the installed occured, I would have not opted for that unit. Very disappointed in the outcome and I refuse to keep throwing money into a unit I am not happy with. Will be finding another place to fix this properly.
