The employee I interacted with(a young girl with long light blonde/Brown hair)did not provide the service I went in to receive, and was misleading in her ability to service me-yet still charged me prior to service. When I got the phone back it was exactly as I brought it in. $16 down the drain. When inquiring about a refund the owner was rude, interrupted constantly, almost to the point of profane language against me. The whole experience was negative, I feel cheated and wouldn't recommend this company to anyone!!!
I've had great service with these ladies and the gentleman. From warranty claims to exchanges. Hopefully service will continue to be excellent.
This place is awesome. Great group of ladies running this store and very professional. The lady that owns the store seems to be on top of things keeping everything looking great inside, and running a top notch wireless store.

I have to say that the customer service is absolutely TOP NOTCH! Kevin and Belinda took great care of both myself and my son. We had problems and they solved them! Not only did they solve them, they also did so with they best attitudes and greatest of service! Although we kept them after hours they never made us feel rushed nor did they seem to mind. I would recommend this store and its staff for any and all of your Cellular needs! Once again thank you to Kevin and Belinda!
