HORRIBLE!! NEVER AGAIN! The woman that called to "resolve" my concern was horribly rude. I recorded the conversation and submitted it to the Better Business Bureau. Surprisingly enough the Company has STILL refused to contact me. They had ample amount of opportunities to fix the situation and did not. They used to be a good spot. Now it's run by horrible rude people with SERIOUS ATTITUDE PROBLEMS.

Happy Customer I have visted this salon and there beds are very nice and very clean. One of the nicest salons in town I have been there for 5 years now. I am very happy with their easy pay program. I can tan all month for less than 20 bucks....WOW....I also know that they change there lamps every 500 hours ask them they will show you the time sheets on the tanning beds.......ask your current salon to show you that....If you want the best tan in town you should try them out...It will only cost you 5 bucks and they will give y... read more

Not very hot Located near The Swanson park, this tanning salon is convienient but not worth the services. The bulbs are old and dont get as hot as other places. The beds are older models and have a lot of surface scratches. I would suggest going elsewhere.

BEWARE! just say no to XTREME TANNING .... So I signed up for an EZ tan package at XTREME TANNING in March of 2012. They told me I could cancel after 3 months. I clarified this with them when I signed up bc I only wanted to tan for my wedding and told them I only needed it until August. In October I went in and cancelled my membership. I hadn't used it since August but I didn't get around to going in there until October (clearly passed the 3 month mark) The girl at the front desk had me sign a cancel form and I thought that ... read more

Great Tan I love this place. I think its funny reading these complaints. Obviously they have never meet the owners. If they had they would know that they manage 6 from out of town. I would never go anywhere else. This place is always clean and has good lamps all the time. Sure some times the staff can be a little rude. But how many 17 year girls do you know that are not moody. Keep up the great business.
