I am going into my 4th month as a member of Xtreme Studios Beenleigh, and what journey it has been so far!! The improvement's have not only been with my physical self but also psychologically and emotionally. Xtreme Studios changed my life. I have never been one to love exercise, I shyed away from it for as long as I can remember - out of fear of judgement because I was so unfit. In July 2021, I stepped out in hopes to become a better version of myself and it was the best decision I've ever made. The classes are so inclusive and the support, the encouragement and the vibe is something that cannot be duplicated.
