Andy and Cassandra Worked with my schedule to fix my vehicle and even offered to deliver it to me while my Wife and I were in the hospital having our Second Child. The work they did on my vehicle speaks for itself.
Customer Service for customers and communication amongst their staff is non existent. Multiple attempts over a span of several days to pick up the vehicle only to be told every time "the work wasn't finished yet" (understandable that things happen, items have to be modified or ordered but honestly it was a new excuse almost everyday). On final attempt, notified vehicle would be ready by 5pm. Drove away almost an hour and a half after that but they still tried to charge $200 extra for the "additional time" to do the work. I recently had my Truck repaired there and they did an excellent Job!
So happy with the outcome of my car after it had extensive front end damage. Andy and Cassandra were the most awesome to work with. They were super helpful right from the beginning which was a quick sell for me! They were always very responsive and easy to get a hold of. Price was great and the job was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend to anyone that needs body work done.
