I do kids karate there and its very fun and a good workout
Great workouts. Great atmosphere. Awesome trainers. Highly recommended.
I love my 530 am class. Not only are the trainers AWESOME! But everyone else is a team and we all are there to support and encourage each other to our goals. We laugh, sweat, and have way to much fun. BE THERE OR BE SQUARE😝.
