RecommendedFriendly office staff, superb service & sales staff. We are very happy with our purchase of a 2019 Keystone Outback 300ml. We had an issue with our shower on the first time out, but they resolved this quickly and repairs were completely covered by our warranty. We also requested a few motifications to trailer and they were completed to our satisfaction.
Terrible customer service! Drove through got out walked around and even walking back to our truck we watched 4 different employees sitting around just having a smoke... definitely wouldn’t buy from this place if I was paid to! Just blahhhh 👎🏻
I took my New trailer home today a 2017 Forest River Stealth 2715 for my first trailer it is in Amazing shape. what a Great place to buy a RV they work with me through the whole thing. Randy Liles sold us a new camper last fall. We did not use it until last week. Since we had forgotten how everything worked, he came to our house & reviewed everything with us before we left. After we got to camp we found the hot water plug not screwed in. I could not get it started, so we called Randy & he drove to our camp site, re threaded both parts so it went in & we got the water system working. He had to drive about 35 miles to our campsite. Thank you Randy!
