Our experience w/Xtreme started amazing. Matt Jr was excelllent. We signed & gave 25% deposit because of Matt. He told us 8-10 weeks before they would have all the supplies & begin. We agreed. At 15 weeks we began messaging Matt asking for a time line. We were given multiple excuses. Then at 5 months, we werent getting a response at all. We finally gave them a deadline to either start our roof, soffits, etc...or return our 25% deposit. Work was started between about 6 months after contract signed. FILTY, NASTY workers!!!! Left Chicken Bones, BEER CANS, Cigarettes, Gum and cut up my Lanai Screens. HORRIBLE work crew who desecrated my yard and refused to pay for damages. Despite having a dumpster they threw garbage all around my landscaping. I’m still cleaning up the mess! They are taking down all bad reviews!!! I have reported them to Department of Business Regulations for them to be investigated. This incident of them removing my reviews will be included in my ongoing investigation. I just had XRC do a job and it was the best experience. It was a bumpy one (not because of them but totally my own unique situation lol). Steve was my point of contact and he was absolutely amazing. They were completely understanding and patient. Arsenio (I apologize if I spelled that incorrectly) and his crew got the roof done in one day! They were very respectful and didn't leave a mess.
