customer service is so bad they won't get back with you on phone calls or emails. you guys really need to do something about it not a way to run a business

The customer service is non existent. They make empty promises to sell product that they don’t even have available so that they can try and fund their new model stuff. Myself and many others have messaged them and they won’t respond. Customer service is everything and I will not buy another XOP product.
I bought my first xop vanish and sticks and fell in love with this set almost immediately. It’ll be very hard to find a better set for the money. Not only is the stand a high quality stand but the customer service is high quality as well. Cody took good care of me with a slight issue I had with my second set of sticks I got for Christmas! Thanks for making an awesome stand and for standing behind them! Tim
Extremely well built. Smart designs. I’m a big guy but feel comfortable using the climbing sticks. And the stand is rock solid.
I would not have been able to kill my biggest bucks to date without hang and hunt strategies. I saw more deer, and bigger deer by moving to the perfect spots silently, rather than settle on existing stands that were not 100 percent foolproof for access or wind direction. No doubt about it..
