I was super excited to try a new climber out. I used a different brand for the past 15 years. let me tell you the ambush xl is awesome, super comfortable. little tricky for me to get used to but isn't, when you get something new. Had few questions. XOP put me in contact with there customer service, Avery awesome guy super helpful. Looking forward to ordering a hang on set up in the future
Last year I purchased the vanish stand and 4 sticks and I am very impressed and happy with my purchase. Huge reason for my success in 2018 & 2019....5/5 stars !

The 6 point bracket on my air raid broke this morning(opening day) when I stepped on the platform. I didn’t feel comfortable using the stand so I opted for a natural ground blind nearby and spent some of the early morning emailing XOP about my rude awakening 20 ft up... email was sent at 7:27, by 7:47, Cody had already replied with concern, sincerity, and a commitment to stand by their product. Customer service is terrible. They will not call you back or email you back. Ordered the ambush xl climbing stand and it came with a few bolts stripped. Won’t mail me the parts so I’m sending it back.
