Just popped in to fuel up on a post workout protein shake. The lady at the counter looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for just 20 grams of protein. I’m 126 pounds. I lift heavy weights and work out regularly. 20 grams is my recommended dose. If you do protein the right way you understand how important this is.
