I was wondering how it comes to be that you are able to sell cars considering that you tried selling a car that; 1. Did not start the first showing. We gave you three days after a callback and visit assuming you'd put some effort into selling the car. 2. upon request, to which your sales associate agreed to put in a battery so we could actually hear the engine and maybe test it out , he failed to do so.
