Made the poor decision to take a bid for a job at the new restaurant I am opening on a handshake and the word of the owner. The final bill was over $1000 more than the quote and the owner denied ever giving a quote at that price even though I had a witness to the conversation. Work was good, plumber was great, owner... total thumbs down. Advice, always get bids in writing, never trust a hand shake

Highly recommend 2 months ago our Park District heat went out. Xtreme was called and they showed up the same day and stayed until everything was fixed. Very affordable and friendly. We had another issue come up and within 2 hours they showed up and fixed the problem. We will use these guys again
Big shoutout to Luke at Xtreme Mechanical, Inc. He fixed the pipes in my downstairs bathroom so I won’t have to worry about a freezing & busting situation again! AND he came up with a creative solution to keep me from needing a drywall repair too... The work was scheduled quickly & the area was clean when he left.
