I have called multiple times and spoken to multiple different reps and they have all been rude as if they are Forced to be at work. It does not seem like it’s just a single person but rather a company wide issue. The last person I spoke to was Juan and he was incredibly rude. I’m not sure if they just act this way because most of their equipment is not sold to the public but rather to their parent rental company or if these people are just miserable, but I’ve never had such terrible service.

Our company purchased a brand new Xtreme towards the end of 2021. We have had nothing but problems with it since day one. It breaks down probably at least once a month. When it's starts to sway on it's own with a load lifted in the air, that is a huge safety concern! The company, Ahern, that we bought it through is absolutely horrendous to deal with. The mechanic does his best. Horrible experience so far!!

So I recently was employed here. They don’t give a care in the world about there employees. I have a son that has high temperature Seizures and had to take one day off I called in and explained and got fired the next day. they put it as poor work performance this company is not a friendly company to work for they have no clue what there doing and blame you even when there’s no blame to be placed.
