Shaun, JT and Ben are absolutely amazing. I had a bit of an odd job for them and wasn't sure any one would touch it. It involved two pieces of precious antique future who's original keys where lost during a move. I was able to bring the pieces on site and the team where able to do unpick the locks and craft new keys with easy. I expected given the complexity of the locking system on the pieces it would be a tough job taking days and many man hours if not more. These guys did such a great job yesterday when my daughter locked herself out of her new flat late in the afternoon. They arrived quickly and didn't leave her stranded on the footpath for hours. Well done you guys, very impressive and much appreciated.
You can stop looking, these are the locksmiths you want to hire. Called around and spoke to several (8) different companies who were all fairly insensitive and were quick to agitate when asked a single question. These guys are happy to answer questions and provide quick, efficient and the right pricing. Customer service over the phone and in person were both amazing, I wouldn't go anywhere else and will be calling these guys again in future. Bonus if you pay cash, so have some handy.
