I'm from the STL area and I came here to visit my best friend for her graduation. I got my nose pierced back home in February and I was misguided with my care instructions and my piercing was very infected. I came into Xtreme with my best friend to see if they could remove my piercing and put in a hoop for easier cleaning and healing. DJ helped me out and was absolutely amazing!!
