Xtreme Heating & Cooling installed new AC in our house, it stops working in less than 5 years. Their technician came out and diagnosis that evaporator coil is leaking. It is still under Lennox warranty. We pay $210 diagnosis fee and he promised the office will call back to setup replacement. After 2 days no call, we called the office repeatedly, NOBODY answers the phone for several days. Finally, we get hold of them, but they refuse to do warranty work, very rude!
