It’s been 4 weeks since I’ve heard back from my warranty company due to the company never submitting my documents for review. When the tech came he only hooked up one wire and said immediately that it needed to be replaced. He never went under the house or anything. Received a second opinion out of my own pocket and he said it’s a leak but it could be under the house. The unit itself had all working opponents. I do not recommend this company at all. The blower motor on my outdoor unit went out. My insurance company, American Home Shield, hired this company to fix the issue. There was a tech that came out and found the issue. They went to the supply out to placed the order. A week later they received the wrong part. So they tried again. By this time it was been over a month and it has been in the high 80s and close to 100s degrees. Frustrated and annoyed I called another HVAC company and it got it done within 3 days.
Definitely would NOT recommend this company at all! Warranty company sent this company to assess out AC after it was determined it had a freon leak, the unit was 20 yrs old & they wanted to fix the leak when 2 other companies had already said it needs to be replaced & other problems would continue to happen if you fix that! They also wanted to charge us over $2,500 to fix it & the warranty company was only gonna pay $995 of the balance. Mr. Bobby with Xtreme Heating & Air Conditioning came by and put his expertise straight to work. He was able to figure out the issue with my ac unit and fixed it immediately!!! He even went above and beyond checked some other things in the process. Very knowledgeable and friendly guy!! I really appreciate the time you took to get my issue taken care of!!!
If a warranty come offer to send this company;DECLINE OR USE AT YOUR OWN RISK!! Sean has no clue as to what he is doing. They have been to my home to make "repairs" 4 times and and my unit is still not functioning properly. I spent weeks waiting on a part without them communicating effectively last year. Apparently they have caller id and screen their calls so they don't have to be bothered by customers inquiring about when they will eventually return to do a repair.
