My warranty company assigned Xtreme Heating & Air Conditioning. They were prompt with scheduling. Kenny came out and had me up and running withing 15 minutes. Kenny is an awesome service tech that made the much needed fix quick and easy.
Don’t use this company is trash!
This was an AHS home warranty repair. I got an appointment very quickly and they came the next day. Very communicative about appointment times, when tech was on his way, etc. Tech arrived and completed the repair. Answered all of my questions.
It’s been 4 weeks since I’ve heard back from my warranty company due to the company never submitting my documents for review. When the tech came he only hooked up one wire and said immediately that it needed to be replaced. He never went under the house or anything. Received a second opinion out of my own pocket and he said it’s a leak but it could be under the house. The unit itself had all working opponents. I do not recommend this company at all.
