This company was very professional and prompt in their response time. We rented a combo bounce house and waterslide for my son's birthday party last weekend, what a big hit! I had called about 5 days ahead of time to get information and price and set up our dropoff time that same day. They got here exactly when they said they would be here (about 6:30pm on Friday, party was on Saturday) set up everything and showed us what to do when turning it on/off and water hook-up. Garbage, showed up in the middle of party, kicked kids out of bounce house and started breaking down equipment. Told the guy this wasn't cool, then he stated, "It don't matter we are going out of business."

I have been using this party store and everything it offers for 9 years now!!! They deliver balloons and bounce house ect. Always very professional and friendly service!!!
