Great workout and training, my trainer is Marvin Dixie, and he is Awesome. You have two other Great trainers too, Greg and Eric. The facility is clean, well equipped and safe, with 24/7 availability due to a keyless entry. Check it out!!!
Exactly the gym I've been looking for in the Lake Norman area! The people are great and has all the equipment that I love!
