This is unfortunate to have to write, and change the review from 5 to 1 star. After having a good experience previously (with very minimal work tho), I returned in hopes of having good work done. Instead, I left with a broken rear defroster grid, as well as all scratches they were supposed to remove still visible. There was adhesive on the rear window from where the temporary plate temporarily was. They were supposed to remove it.
