I use the Xtreme Clean auto wash on Shaver Road in Portage. Recently I received an unsatisfactory wash due an equipment malfunction. Laura at Xtrreme was quick to acknowledge my problem and gave me a free replacement wash. I would mention that I've been using the Xtreme wash for over four years and have never had any other problems. ******. - Portage MI
