This was the most dishonest and frustrating experience I’ve ever had with a dealership. I put down a $2,500 deposit on a 2016 Mercedes C300, expecting to pick it up in a few days. Instead, I got almost a month of nonstop lies and delays. Every day, they told me "you can pick it up tomorrow," but the story kept changing—first it was they changed the brakes, then tires, then an electrical/sensor issue.
