Horrendous customer service at Xtreme Audio Creations. I initially went in to have a simple iPod connector installed. It turned into a difficult nightmarish process from the beginning. Once it was installed, I thought I was in the clear. Wrong! I've been back twice in less than six months to have it repaired/redone. The craftsmanship is shoddy. And the customer service is worse. Paid these guys $50 to find out what was wrong with my sub. Almost 2 hrs later they said there was no problem (I paid for an hr. of labor, so they had the car for an hr before they even looked at anything). Later on the same day I started having the same problems, sub was cutting out and had alot of distortion. Next day sub quit working, had Best Buy look at it, they found the problem in 5 min. A bad line out converter. Would not recommend these guys to anyone.
Went to them to purchase and have a remote start installed. Either the guy in the back didn't know what the hell he was doing or just didn't care... Either way I was not happy when I had to take a day off just so I could go here and have it reprogrammed and him re do his half-assed job. NOT IMPRESSED. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE
I left my car with these guys to have an amp and a sub put in, and also to have a box built. Not really a big deal since the wiring was already done. They had me leave my car for 7 hours. About 2 hours before I was supposed to pick up the car they told me they hadn't done anything to it. So I get there and they had not only ripped my car apart and left it, they broke my back seat pulls and the glass fuse I had in the car already. I went to them twice and got screwed over both times. They are way over priced for the quality of work and they never have anything done on time. They don’t care at all for smaller jobs so unless you are doing a huge job avoid them at all costs. They charged me 500 for a sub box that wasn’t even ported and it took over 2 weeks for a part I ordered to come in because they sold the one I ordered to someone else.
I just recently had a stereo installed on my new 2013 camaro, I had 2 10" Rockford Fosgates and an Alpine amp installed, they did a great job on it, and it sounds pretty dang good for only having 10s! :) The price was fair and they were super accomodating, giving me a ride home, and also picking me up when my car was finished! Top notch customer service if you ask me! Today I had some racing stripes put on and they look great!! Came in looking for some wheels and tires. Didn't want to buy, just a quote. However, Sam came and helped me right away and gave me a price that I never expected so I decided to buy them. When they came in they looked great on my car! Definitely will be coming back.
Having had such a great experience with my window tint the last time I came here, I referred my friend and brought him in. He was looking for a sound system for his car and knew what he was looking for so it made for an easy visit. The guys at Extreme did a great job and made me look good!!!
Had tint, navi system, and wheels/tires installed and I am happy with everything :)
