I bought brand new wheel and tires all in the boxes and took them to Xtreme to get the tires mounted. I was very impressed by how fast they got them done untill I got home and all the wheel weights fell off.. I called them and they told me they would fix it free of charge. I take my wheels back to get then balanced first they only did three if the four wheels second they lost one of my center caps and third they scratched the heck out of my wheels.. My son bought brand new wheels and brought them into Xtreme to have tires mounted on them. They mounted and balanced them and before they were even installed on the vehicle the wheel weights fell off. Had to take them back to get rebalanced and this time they scratched the wheels and to top it off they deny that they scratched them. Great way to run a business! Have tried repeatedly to have something done and they will not take care of this at all. The least they could do would be to replace the wheel, but they wont even cal... read more
You would think that if you take wheels, brand new in the box and tires to have them mounted at a specialty store, that they would know what they are doing...but apparently Xtreme Autosports doesn’t have a clue how to do their job! My son has a set of now scratched rims to prove this point and Xtreme won’t even admit that they screwed them up!!! Would NOT ever recommend this company!!
They got me in same day to do my tint and it didn’t cost as much as I expected, which was nice, and they did a great job!
