We would leave 0 stars if we could. Purchased LVP. Within months it starting splintering and cracking. Have attempted to get this matter resolved for 2 years now. Dusty said he is in court with the flooring company. The flooring company states this is untrue. In the meantime, no effort to replace our floor, repair it or make it right. So disappointed. I try to support local businesses. I was slammed and didn’t have time to install rubber flooring in my basement. I went to this store and talked to Dusty, telling him I needed 8mm rubber flooring for about 200 square feet. A couple of days later, he hit me with an estimate of $3,200—yep, THREE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED DOLLARS. Total rip-off. I ended up buying rubber flooring rolls online and did the job myself for $750. Watch out for this guy’s shady price gouging.
