I would not recommend getting your flooring at Xtra Value. My husband and I recently built a house and used this company for all our flooring. The owner had his family members lay out the carpet which had to be corrected because it was done poorly. Glue was on the carpet, a hole was in the carpet and the stairs were cut poorly. I let it go because we were in a hurry to move in. Now our vinyl flooring is coming apart in different areas of our kitchen along with some of the material needs to be replaced in the hallway.
