came back several times, the urine stink remained. 100% guarantee is not real. Was told they never give a full return. Said they would send a check for half the price in the mail. Never happened. They do not answer my calls, and I assume could care less about clients. Yuck!!!
Took 3 days to dry, still damp. Looks darker still dirty, fringes are green now and theathered. Rug is tearing. The detergent smell is so strong, I keep sneezing and now I have a soar throat the smell is so toxic. Oriental rug 2/10 to 2/15 lily nagle. lucamyboy@gmail.com
I won't say it's the best carpet claning company because it's the first time I hire a carpet cleaning company. All I can say is that I couldn't have expected more from them. The men who came to my house did such an amazing job on my carpets. They got here on time, they were very polite and very efficient. From now on I am only using Xtra Clean, no one else.
