Xtermite people gave excellent customer service! They kept to their word throughout the entire process. I cannot tolerate harsh chemicals and I feel so comfortable using the orange oil mix in our home. From the estimator to the technician to the quality control person we could not have been more pleased. This is the 2nd time we have used this company. We highly recommend them to keep your precious property which cost a lot to buy, safe and secure from bugs of all kinds damage, especially termites.

This experience was so easy! The inspector, Neecole Brooks, did a wonderful job explaining the process. He did a thorough inspection of the house and then showed me where the termites were and what their rating system was. Within the week, the exterminator - Brian, came. He took the time to answer questions, show me outside what they were looking at. He worked quickly and the process was finished by noon with no disruption to myself or my dog. I would highly recommend this company.

I have owned a home in San Diego since 1985 and termites are a fact of life. Xtermite is a great choice and their service was excellent. Tenting harms the environment and leaves the tasty wood ready for the next flying termite to start chewing. Xtermite treated our 2 story house and shed, got rid of the live termites, added DOT (Disodium Octaborate Tetrahydrate) solution to the places where the infestation was located so new termites don't start eating the house. None of XTermite phone numbers are in service. We were treated for termites in 2015. I have had ongoing conversations with them about the damage their workers did to our home, to no avail. We have waited to see if they would step up and help out with the repairs. Finally we’ve had to hired someone to repair the damage they caused, costing us $6,800. Excellent service, Inspection on time and very informative. Made sure all aspects of service was understood. Very professional. Treatment was as advertised. Only had to do outside area. Scent was strong but pleasant. 100% better than tenting. Two year return visits if anything else is found, with two future inspections. Highly recommend.
